We support the all round development of young people, particularly their faith development, welcoming questions and doubts as part of the process of making faith their own.

We have people working with young people aged 9-11 and 14-18.Children up to the age of 11 are keen to explore the stories of the Christian faith. GODLY PLAY is every Sunday morning at 10.45 in the Parish Rooms. It gives children sacred space and sacred time with imaginative story-telling from the Bible and opportunities for children to respond through art and craft work.

We encourage children to take a full part in our worship. We have SUNDAY SPECIALS at St Peter's on the first Sunday of the month at 9.30, and at St Andrew's on the last Sunday of the month at 10.45.

This is what love looks like to Catrin Blockley.

What does it look like to you?

Children of KS2 and over are welcome to take a full part in Communion. We have preparation sessions for this. We now delay Confirmation to 16+ in most cases because of the maturity of the decision invovled in being confirmed.

Many parents ask to have their children baptised. They are encouraged in this and we try to provide an environment to support such initiative.
