The Strawberries and Wine Evening raised £545 and proved to be a very popular evening. June Pughe and Margaret Evans worked hard to promote the event. Music was provided by Ann and John Anderson, and Trevor Slater. Dick Nightingale played handbell solo of "The day thou gavest". Declining eyesight means that Dick has had to resign from handbell ringing.
